June:

June 30 – Don’t forget to renew your ISPA membership by June 30.  All 2010 exhibitors must be current members of ISPA.

August:

Aug. 2 – Your exhibitor kit will be emailed to you by Aug. 2.

September:

Sept. 3 – Send final booth and sponsor payments to ISPA headquarters by Sept. 3.

Sept. 3 – Submit your 75-word company description, information on new products you are launching at Conference and update your Products & Services Listing to promote your business while at Conference. Complete your updates by logging on to the ISPA Web site and choosing My Membership Account/Membership Information.

Sept. 17 – Last day to secure a shelf in the product showcases that will be displayed during Conference.

October:

Oct. 4 – Submit any show specials that you will be offering to attendees of the 2010 Conference & Expo.  These will be listed on our Web site prior to and after Conference for attendees to take advantage of. 

Oct. 6 at 2:00 p.m. Eastern - Join the online exhibitor webinar to get the most out of your Expo experience. Your exhibitor task force assisted in driving the content to be most beneficial for you.

Oct. 8 – Increase your company's exposure at Conference by donating to the ISPA Foundation Auctions. All donations are tax deductible and the proceeds from the auctions help to build the ISPA Foundation's research and educational initiatives. Donors whose items are received by Oct. 8 will be listed in the Auction Catalog, which will be distributed at Conference. Donations may be made online.

Oct. 29 – Last day to submit your exhibitor badge information for your show staff that will be attending Conference.
