 ISPA Conference & Expo

The ISPA Conference & Expo is the largest ISPA event of the year for spa professionals. With a 19 -year history, the expectation of Conference attendees is to provide spa owners, directors, managers and suppliers with cutting edge tips on where the industry is headed and how to ensure that business is sustainable.

In addition, the ISPA Expo brings together the leading suppliers in the industry to network with the decision makers from the spas.

ISPA Knowledge Networks

The ISPA Knowledge Networks are held throughout the year to offer the opportunity for spa professionals to gain ongoing education on specific topics that are most pertinent in the industry. These events bring together spa owners, directors and managers as well as suppliers to spend a day and a half on subject such as retail, public relations, marketing and customer service.

The ISPA Marketplace also provides the networking time at the end of the day to spend quality time with new colleagues as well as discover what the suppliers in the industry are offering.

ISPA Media Event

The ISPA Media Event, celebrating its sixteenth year in 2010, is the one place top journalists come to experience the newest trends in the industry and network with ISPA member spas. Up to 20 spas have the opportunity to meet and speak with  journalists from top consumer publications, newspapers, television networks, Web sites and trade publications.
